Cefn-y-Dre has a unique ‘sense of place’ a history reaching back 500 years. There are links to Lloyd George views across the Preseli hills and Carn Ingli - the location for Brian John’s ‘Angel Mountain’ saga - and the fascinating Fishguard Lower Town film sets for both ’Moby Dick’ (Spencer Tracy) and Dylan Thomas’ ’Under Milk Wood’ (Richard Burton). The ferry to Ireland is only ten minutes drive away. Children are very welcome at Cefn-y-Dre. For children we can offer highchairs, games and cots.
