Artist Residence is not really a hotel and not really a gallery its somewhere in between. Our boutique guesthouse is bang in the centre of Brighton. Each of our en-suite rooms have been individually designed by both local and internationally renowned urban artists. Situated at the top of Regency Square in a grade 2 listed townhouse artist residence has dramatic sea views overlooking the West Pier ensuring you can enjoy our informal and cool breakfast in a bag. Artist Residence is only available for adults and infants.
