The semi-detached bed & breakfast - Chestnut Tree House is situated along the designated coastal route for walkers and cyclists. You can walk or drive down to the local ‘Sugar Sands’ beach and park your car on the headland (approximately 1 mile from the bed & breakfast). There are wonderful walks all along this part of the Northumberland coast following coastal tracks with excellent scenery. Children aged 7+ are very welcome at Chestnut Tree House.
