Swiss Cottage is an ideal base for visiting the lovely coastal towns and villages nearby which include Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and Snape. The local area is dominated by heathland marshland and woodland ideal for anyone keen on walking cycling and bird watching. Thorpeness features a large Meare where you can hire canoes rowing boats or a small sail boat and meander around the meare stopping off at the little islands which feature a Peter Pan theme including Wendys’ House and Captian Hooks castle. Children are very welcome at Swiss Cottage B&B.
All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and require sufficient mobility to negotiate a staircase of 13 steps.
